• We bill labor at $50 per hour, with initial travel time to your door at no charge. Payment is due at the time of service via cash or check.
• Any materials specifically used for the job are billed at our cost, plus shopping time. This includes gasoline for out-of-area transport. Miscellaneous materials from our stock will be billed at a nominal replacement cost.
• We bill only for the time used, to the next quarter-hour, with a minimum time per job depending on your distance from Carmel Valley. Minimum time is generally 4 times the travel time to your door from Carmel Valley.
• We negotiate rates for a guaranteed ten (10) or more hours per week, and will invoice weekly with net 10-day terms. A late fee of $1 per day or 1% per month, whichever is greater, will be applied to accounts over 30 days past due.
• Our normal hours are 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. We are, however, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for our established customers. A premium rate of 1½ to 2 times normal rates will apply for other than normal hours with at least a one (1) hour minimum.
